The Residency
Time spent with a teacher equals results.
Every cop learned at an academy. Every doctor did a residency. Every truck driver sat with another driver. The Residency is the part that comes after the classroom: you come do your residency with me.

This is the room. For ninety days, you are in it with me.

Investment
$25,000
My fee for a single keynote is $25,000 to $50,000. One room, one day. The Residency costs $25,000 and it is a quarter of me.
I am not discounting myself. I am choosing six people to spend a quarter with, because time spent with a teacher is the only thing that ever moved me, and somebody did it for me first.
What the residency actually is
It is not another course. This is real time, in real rooms, with me. I walk you into speeches. I walk you through consultancies. I walk you into prisons. You get on stage and I am standing next to you telling you what worked, what did not, and what to do differently the next time. That is the part you cannot get out of a book, the same way you cannot learn a mountain by reading about the mountain.
Six people. That is not a marketing number, that is how many people I can physically stand beside in a quarter. When the six are placed, the door closes until the next rope.

Ninety days, six people, a live hour with me every week
- Six group sessions
- Every other week, live, all six of us. Not the whole room. Six. Small enough that everybody gets worked on, and nobody hides in a session this size.
- Live rooms with me
- You come to rooms I am already working. A keynote, a consultancy, a prison. You are in the room, and we debrief after. You will get at least one, and we aim for two. Which rooms depends on what each host allows, and prisons require clearance we cannot always get, so I will not promise you a room I cannot walk you into.
- Stage time
- At one of those rooms you speak, and I am standing right there telling you what worked, what did not, and what to do differently next time. This is the part you cannot get from a book.
- Two sessions, just you and me
- One at the start to find out what is actually in your way. One at the end to set the next twelve months.
- Weekly office hours
- On the weeks we are not in a group session, I hold an open hour. Drop in, bring the thing you are stuck on, ask it out loud. Between the sessions and the office hours there is a live hour with me every single week of the quarter.
- Questions between
- Send them any time. I answer them at the next office hour rather than in a private inbox, because the other five need the answer as much as you do, and half of them are too proud to ask.
- The rope stays
- When the quarter ends you keep the private channel with the other five. The people you climb with are the point.
Who this is for
- You have something real to say and you are tired of saying it to nobody.
- You have done the work, not just the watching.
- You are out of options and done experimenting.
- You will give up hours somewhere else to make room for this.
Who this is not for
- You want a certificate to hang up.
- You have tried two things and think there are thirty left.
- You want a lottery ticket instead of a hard hat and boots.
- You are looking for a guarantee. I do not sell those.
The terms, before you ask
- Investment
- $25,000 for the quarter. Pay in full, or half to hold your seat and the balance before the rope starts. If the way it is paid is the only thing standing between you and the seat, say that on the call. I would rather hear it than lose the right person over it.
- Refunds
- Full refund any time before the first group session, no argument and no hard feelings. After that first session there are no refunds, because the seat is gone and it was one of six.
- Travel
- Getting yourself to a live room is on you. Flights, hotel, time off. I am not going to pretend otherwise.
- Confidentiality
- Some rooms are prisons, some are boardrooms. You will sign an NDA and you will follow the host's rules. If a host says no observer, that room is off the table and we find you another.
- What this is not
- This is not a booking agency and it is not a guarantee. I am not promising you income, a stage, a client, or a career. I am giving you a skill, real rooms to practise it in, and the truth about what I see.
Applications for Rope 01 are closed.
The next rope opens in January. Leave your name and you will be the first to know when the door opens again.
Never met Andre’s work before? Start where everybody else does. The Comeback Method is the masterclass, and the first session is free.
