What this is: The Comeback Method is education built on lived experience. It is not therapy, medical care, or treatment of any kind, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you or someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or your local emergency number.

Your purchase: digital products are delivered immediately after checkout. Lifetime access means the lifetime of the product. Course content, the Journal, and all materials belong to Andre Norman and are for your personal use, not for resale or redistribution.

What The Cohort includes, and for how long: the Masterclass and the Journal are yours to keep with no time limit, the same as if you had bought them on their own. The parts that involve Andre’s time run for twelve months from the day your cohort starts. That means twelve months of live calls every other week (Live Climbs) and twelve months in the private side of Base Camp. Andre reads your Comeback List and writes back once, in week five of your cohort. After the twelve months you keep everything you downloaded and everything you wrote, and you can renew for another year if you want to stay in the room. We will tell you the renewal price before the twelve months are up, and you are never charged automatically.

About the live calls: they are open to everyone currently inside The Cohort, not only the thirty people who started when you did. Your thirty is your cohort, meaning your start date, your private Base Camp channel, and your own week-five review. Every other week is the commitment. Andre may hold additional sessions when his schedule allows and will post them in Base Camp, but nothing beyond every other week is promised, and calls may be rescheduled around his travel. Sessions are held live; recordings are not guaranteed.

Refunds on the Journal, the Masterclass, and The Cohort: thirty days. If it has not moved anything for you, write to us within thirty days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no hoops, and you do not have to prove you did the work. We would rather you did it, but we are not going to make you show us.

Refunds on The Residency work differently, because a seat there is one of six and taking it means somebody else could not have it. You can cancel for a full refund any time before the first group session of your rope. After that first session there are no refunds. This is stated again on the Residency page before you apply, and applying is not a purchase: no money changes hands until a seat is confirmed on a call.

The wall: submissions must be your own words about your own climb. We review everything before it posts and decline anything that identifies third parties, advertises, or could hurt someone. Posting grants permission to display your line with your first name or initial; you can request removal anytime.

No results promised: comebacks are built by the person climbing. We teach the method; the climb is yours.
